Shipping Policy (Shipping & Delivery)

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving your payment. Once dispatched, delivery time will depend on your chosen shipping service:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia) – typically 2-7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia) – typically 1-3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping for all Australian orders over AUD $50.

  • Flat rate fees may apply for orders under this amount (AU $9.9, incl. GST).

  • Express Shipping – Flat rate AUD $15.40 (incl. GST), all orders Australia-wide.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email

  • A tracking number to monitor your parcel

If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to Australia only.

  • P.O. boxes may not be accepted for certain carriers.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or delayed beyond expected delivery time:

  • Please contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
