Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the product’s delivery date. Please contact us to initiate a return.
- Sale items, Happy Bags, and Special Deals are final sale – no change of mind returns or exchanges apply.
- If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. We will arrange for the item to be returned for assessment. If the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
- If the item is assessed and is not deemed to be a manufacturing fault, the item will be returned to you. Please note that we only accept returns for items originally purchased from our online store.
Returns are not accepted in the following circumstances:
- Discounted/sale items and Happy Bags (excluding defective products)
- Items where the original packaging, product tag, shoe box, or care instructions have been lost or removed
- Opened hygiene products
- Items that are stained or damaged
- Items purchased from third-party stores
- Items that have been used or washed
- Customer error or change of mind after use
- No contact is made within 7 days of the product’s delivery
About the shipping cost in the case of returned goods
If the return or exchange is due to a product fault or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
About refund of the product price
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to your card. Please note that the timing of the credit appearing in your account depends on your card issuer’s processing times. If the refund is processed after your statement closing date, it may appear on the following month’s statement.
