About Delivery
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.
  • All orders are sent via AU Post with tracking number.
  • Free shipping Australia wide on all orders over $150.
  • For all Australian orders placed under $150, we offer a flat rate shipping of $7.70.
  • Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
  • If you prefer an express, signature required or other services on delivery, please contact [email protected] before ordering.
  • Citrus Studio is not responsible for organising re-delivery if your parcel is taken to the post office for collection.
  • Please note that we cannot accept any responsibilty for delays whilst in transit.
  • Available items will be dispatched in a timely manner, however, if any items are on back order they will be sent once available, at no extra charge. 
  • If an item is unavailable, we will refund you for the item/s back to your original method of payment.
About Click & Collect
  • Click and Collect is available in our retail shop at Burwood NSW.
  • Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please await a second SMS or email indicating that your order is ready for collection.
  • Alternatively, you can choose Click & Collect as a delivery method in the cart page. No minimum and shipping fee.
  • Please notice out location and business hour before heading into store.
About Returns
  • No change and no return for SALE and SPECIAL DEALS. 
  • If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact [email protected] as soon as you can. We will arrange for this to be returned to us for assessment, and if deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment we will offer you a replacement or credit.
  • If the item is assessed and is not deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment, we will return the item/s to you. Please note that we will only accept returns originally purchased online.

We only accept “returns” for products and do not accept “exchanges”since our items are seasonal and few. Even if you wish to replace it, please order again after returning it. If you wish to return, please contact [email protected] first within one week after the product arrives.

However, please note that returns are not possible in the following cases:

  • Service items such as discounted products and lucky bags (excluding defective products)
  • If you lose your equipment such as an outer box such as a product tag or shoe box, or instructions
  • Opened hygiene products
  • If it is stained or damaged
  • Products purchased at other stores
  • If you use or wash it once
  • If you are lost at your responsibility
  • After the product arrives, if there is no contact and it has passed for more than a week
About the shipping cost in the case of returned goods

In the case of return or exchange at our responsibility, such as poor product, we will return it shipping cost after.
Please pay for returned goods due to customer’s convenience.

About refund of the product price

In the case of payment by credit card.
Cancellation of all products will be offset if you are in time for the closing date of the card company.
If you are not in time for the closing date, after withdrawing, you will be refunded from the following month’s card company to your bank account.
